The international Theory in Practice Conference 2026 warmly welcomes researchers, teachers, practitioners, and business professionals to contribute to the dialogue on how organizations can thrive in the face of global change. The extended abstract should provide enough details so that the Organizing Committee and Finnish Business Review’s editorial board can evaluate the potential quality of your completed paper and the interest of the conference participants in your presentation. Publication opportunities: Accepted papers will be considered for publication in the Finnish Business Review, a peer-reviewed journal (A1) focusing on management, strategy, finance, marketing, human resources management, supply chain management, digital business, entrepreneurship, and innovations
